For a U.S.-only Shopify launch, I would leave Legal Notice blank for now. Shopify includes this primarily because certain jurisdictions require specific company/legal disclosures. Your Terms already identify The Ray Almon Collection as operated by Capricorn Capital Investments and contain the relevant business/contact provisions.
